People with disability are embracing My Future, My Choice as a way to control how they want to live their lives now and plan for the future. If your organisation provides products or services related to people with disability, our Disability Expo program is your opportunity to be in front of thousands of consumers looking for solutions.
Operating since 2014, we operate the largest Disability Expo program in Australia, with at least 8 events across the country each year. We are supported by 1000+ exhibitors and sponsors and more than 45,000+ registered attendees each and every year. Our Disability Expos provide high value opportunities for engagement between NDIS product and service providers, government and community organisations and people with disability, their families and carers.
Increase your impact and change lives – our attendees tell us that coming to a My Future, My Choice disability expo had an overwhelmingly positive impact on their ongoing care needs.
My Future, My Choice disability expos have exhibition space for organisations who provide a variety of specialist care services, products, technologies, occupational therapy, mobility aids, modified vehicles & housing, employment, leisure & sports programs, travel, community groups, advocacy & government and much more.
WORKABILITY EXPOS
With events held across Melbourne, Brisbane, Wollongong, Geelong, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Sydney, and Canberra, the WorkAbility Expos have been a resounding success—bringing together thousands from the disability community and beyond. With only the final virtual event in December 2025 remaining, the impact of this national initiative has sparked important conversations and fostered meaningful connections between employers and people with disability.
Backed by over a decade of experience in uniting the disability community, ImpactInstitute proudly delivered the WorkAbility Expos—an initiative that has transformed the landscape of disability employment in Australia.
Launched at the My Future, My Choice Brisbane Disability Expo in November 2024 and funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services, the expos were designed to connect inclusive employers with people with disability in a meaningful and practical way.
Each expo featured a vibrant exhibition space showcasing government agencies, advocacy groups, support services, training providers, and inclusive employers actively seeking to hire. A dedicated WorkAbility Lounge offered one-on-one consultations for job seekers, while a rich program of workshops and presentations empowered attendees on their employment journey.
The WorkAbility Expos created real opportunities and initiated connections between people with disability and inclusive employers. Ask our team how you can be part of the final virtual event this December.
