Ochre and Salt

Ochre and Salt collaborated with the Northern Sydney Local Health District to create a Maternity Resources Booklet, providing accessible information for new mums and their families in the Northern Sydney Region. The goal was to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women with culturally relevant and comprehensive maternity care information.

The aim was to ensure new mothers had access to vital information about pregnancy, birthing options, and postnatal care, presented in a culturally sensitive manner.

Our role involved compiling and designing the booklet. We integrated cultural symbols, created engaging visual content, and ensured the information was clear and supportive, enhancing the resource’s accessibility and impact.
