WorkAbility Expo
Brought to you by ImpactInstitute and funded by the Australian Government Department of Social Services, WorkAbility Expos are a series of disability employment events designed to connect employers and people with disability.
When branding the Expos, our goal was to clearly communicate the Expo’s identity and vision through a bold new visual and verbal brand, emphasising engagement, trust, and the diverse community of people with disability.
The result? A cheerful, spirited, and inclusive identity that sets the WorkAbility Expos apart.
The design includes a dynamic and bold suite of patterns representing WorkAbility’s diverse community, while the colourful and playful palette captures the aspirational and energetic tone of the brand.
The design process prioritised inclusiveness and accessibility, meeting WCAG 2.0 or higher standards across all design assets, including social media, traditional advertising, EDMs, website, signage, and digital advertising.
