Australian Ethical needed a trusted partner to help them understand their customer, and grow brand awareness.

 

The Challenge:

Australian Ethical Investment is at the forefront of ethical investment in Australia, with 36% of the total AU market ($1.3 trillion as at 2022).

They needed help looking at investment practices of NFP organisations in order to better understand principles guiding decision-making and determining behaviour.

The solution:

We researched and designed a pilot research report. This included including stakeholder interviews, academic literature scan, data analysis and insights. This was then incorporated into core and extended messaging, designed to effectively communicate and engage with the NFP target audience.

Outcome:

This project resulted in increased brand awareness and positive engagement with NFP existing and potential investors looking to align their investments to their core values.
