Coca-Cola Europacific Partners needed to drive better understanding of roles and responsibilities for potential employees.

 

The Challenge:

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners employs thousands of Australians around the country, and manages a complex supply logistics operation. How could they ensure they attracted employment candidates who wanted to help fulfil CCEP’s mission?

The solution:

We conceptualised visual storytelling as a way of communicating real roles for real people. For this, we consulted, scripted, shot and edited a series of 5 multi-location shorts showcasing a ‘day in the life.’

This included complex work safety elements, stakeholders from multiple business units, and performance coaching for real employees.

Outcome:

We delivered effective and well-received videos, on time and to budget. As a result, the HR team saw an improved pre-interview quality of applications.
