The Outcome
As a result, NHIA leadership reported a stronger sense of personal and professional strengths and distinctiveness as well as confidence to gather and express unique industry insights.
The National Herd Improvement Association of Australia plays a lead role in advocating and promoting the importance of the Herd Improvement sector to the Australian dairy and beef industry. Renewed leadership post-pandemic required re-introduction to industry partners, and signalling of intent to listen, support and grow relationships.
Together with ImpactInstitute’s executive facilitators, the NHIA CEO engaged in 1:1 strengths-based coaching to uncover elements of personal brand and develop a strong brand statement. Using ImpactInstitute’s storyplanner, we identified key areas of interest and influence, and ways to use thought leadership to demonstrate relevance and further the organisation’s advocacy agenda.
In preparation for regional member and partner engagement on strategic priorities for the association, ImpactInstitute provided stakeholder mapping, listening and meeting facilitation coaching.
As a result, NHIA leadership reported a stronger sense of personal and professional strengths and distinctiveness as well as confidence to gather and express unique industry insights.
